Recruitment, Selection, and Reappointment of Leaders: What’s Working and What’s Not?
Our Week 8 Open Office session is on Friday 24 March 2023 from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.
This session will focus on Point 6 in our 2023 Leadership Employment Priorities Publication – Review and Improvement of Recruitment and Selection Practices for Band A and Band B Leaders (available on our website). We would like to hear from members about the good, the bad, and the ugly experiences of our current merit selection processes. What improvements can be made to ensure fairness and objectivity? Hearing your experiences will help us shape our advocacy in this area for all leaders.
